OUR NAME

Bảo Vietnamese Kitchen is a family restaurant. The word Bảo, which represents one of the owners' middle names as well as carries the meaning of protect, was chosen as our restaurant name. We hope that through this business, we will be able to protect our family values: love, happiness, and togetherness.

Our mission is to become a destination in Baton Rouge for authentic Vietnamese cuisine by providing multiple healthy and fresh meals at a fair price. All of our food and services will be prepared and delivered consistently. Our success is measured by one satisfied customer at a time.
